How to customize a product?

Step 1: Chose and order the product and color from our official webside.

Step 2: After successful order placement, you will receive a confirmation email. Please reply to this email and attach your pet's photo, pet's name, and any other requirements you have. Alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp or IG to communicate your pet's photo and name.

Step 3: We will create a pet portrait or edit your pet photo. After that, we will send you the confirmation of the artwork. If you are not satisfied with the pet painting, please let us know. We will make revisions according to your requirements.

Step 4: After you confirm the artwork, we will proceed to create the physical item and ship it to you. We look forward to you receiving and loving our product.

Due to the unique nature of customized products, we do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue or damage during transit. We are more than happy to exchange the item for you in case of any quality problems. Please rest assured that we meticulously package and inspect the product before it is shipped out.

The general head portrait is hand-painted, where each stroke is carefully designed and painted from Ipad by our artists (about 3hrs work). You can choose the style and
figure you like.

We will confirm it with you, before the factory produce them.

For our art collection, 3D glass painting and leather carving are also hand-made.

We can customize a portrait of an any animal, regardless of variety or breed. So far we have created unique masterpieces for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, horses, and even human!

If you follow our photo guidelines, then yes, your photo is likely to work well enough. Make sure the photo is taken in good light (outdoor daylight is best). Please choose a photo with the most satisfying angle.

Since every shape, angle and different light is a little different for your pet, please choose an angle that you are most comfortable with and let the artist do their best to restore your pet's features.

lf there is a problem with your photo, we will notify you via email shortly, lf we do need a new photo from vou. this may
extend your delivery time by a few days. Please note that if you refuse to provide a new photo after we have notified you that the original photo may not result in the best quality artwork, then we cannot issue a refund. lt is your responsibility to ensure that you are satisfied with the photos you provide.
